Alright! I think I'm finally getting there in figuring out how exactly to draw Guy in my style! 
I've also decided that I'm going to be laying off the inking of my drawings. They always look better before I ink them. I realise that this is because I don't do it properly, however, I think my sketches have been looking pretty cute, so I'm going to focus on my pencil sketching and shading for a while.

As I said on the other one, I envy your talents at drawing Guy's hair.
As far as the issue with inking, have you considered trying to do that digitally instead? At least then if you mess up you can erase it.
